Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the plant.
Provide direction and support to maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of all preventive and corrective work.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain documentation of all work performed, equipment reliability, and safety compliance.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan and schedule maintenance projects.
Promote safety, efficiency, and quality within the maintenance department.
Qualifications
Maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to work second shift (3 PM–11 PM) and occasional overtime.
