Duration:Through April 2027
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4 ten-hour days
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent / Construction Manager to support a renovation project in Sumter, SC. This role will serve as the Owner’s Representative for the renovation of a restaurant facility and will provide on-site construction oversight in support of the General Contractor.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable reviewing project documentation, attending site visits, and helping ensure construction progresses in accordance with project requirements.
Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and pay applications.
Conduct regular onsite visits to monitor progress and support the General Contractor.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to help keep work aligned with contract requirements.
Provide clear communication and project updates as needed.
Support construction administration activities throughout the duration of the project.
Construction supervision or construction management experience preferred.
Experience with submittal review, RFIs, pay applications, and onsite project oversight.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and provide professional on-site representation.
Experience on federal, military, or government projects is a plus.
