Electrical Foreman (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Richmond, VA

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects in Carolina County. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, leadership growth, and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites
• Coordinate daily work, materials, and project timelines
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layouts
• Ensure work meets NEC standards and safety requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and support installation of conduit, wiring, and equipment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of electrical experience, with leadership/foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems
• Ability to manage crews and keep projects on schedule
• Experience with conduit, cable pulling, terminations, and panel work
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
