The ideal candidate will have experience supporting construction projects through detailed 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination across multiple disciplines. This role works closely with construction management, field teams, and trade partners to help keep models accurate and aligned with project goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BIM models in Revit.
Perform clash detection and model coordination in Navisworks Manage.
Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams.
Maintain file structures, naming conventions, and BIM libraries.
Support version control and issue tracking in BIM 360/ACC.
Prepare field-ready documentation and construction views.
Participate in coordination meetings and communicate updates clearly.
Work with QA/QC, superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
Attend daily and weekly field meetings as needed.
Qualifications
1–2 years of AEC experience; industrial or mission-critical experience preferred.
1+ year of BIM coordination experience required.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and understand MEP coordination.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Details
On-site role in Boise, ID.
Up to 50 hours per week required.
$25/day per diem for on-site work.
Hourly rate $38–42/hr , with flexibility for a strong fit.
Work will include office and active jobsite environments.
