Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan and schedule maintenance projects. Promote safety, efficiency, and quality within the maintenance department. Qualifications Maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Willingness to work second shift (3 PM–11 PM) and occasional overtime.
