Project Manager – Architectural Facade Systems
Location: National Projects
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire / Remote
The Opportunity
Are you a technical problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of design and delivery? Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the lifecycle of our high-performance mounting system components.
In this role, you aren’t just managing a schedule; you are ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic execution of commercial building facades across the U.S. From initial specification to final site delivery, you will be the pivot point between architectural vision and manufacturing reality.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Specification: Analyze architectural and structural drawings to specify the precise mounting components (extrusions, brackets, and anchors) required for complex facade systems.
Design Coordination: Manage the design phase by collaborating with engineers and drafters to ensure all mounting solutions meet wind load, thermal, and seismic requirements.
Production Oversight: Interface directly with manufacturing teams to oversee the production of custom components, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
Supply Chain & Delivery: Orchestrate the logistics of getting components from the plant to the job site, ensuring "just-in-time" delivery to prevent site bottlenecks.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for General Contractors and Architects, providing technical expertise and project updates.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience within the commercial construction, facade, or structural steel industries.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, shop drawings, and structural specifications. Familiarity with aluminum extrusions or rainscreen attachment systems is a significant plus.
Process-Driven: Proven track record of managing the "Full Lifecycle" of a component—from the moment it is specified on paper to the moment it is bolted onto a building.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans for production teams and clients.
Why join the team?
Innovation: We work on the most recognizable commercial developments across the United States, providing the "skeleton" that makes modern architecture possible.
Impact: You will have direct influence over the production process, not just the paperwork.
Growth: As we expand our footprint in the 2026 construction market, we offer clear pathways to expand and grow your career.
How to Apply
If you have a passion for the technical details that hold a building together, we want to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief project list highlighting your experience with facade or mounting systems.
