BMS / EPMS / SCADA - Tech Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Specialist to help with startup, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems, Electrical Power Management Systems, SCADA, and Industrial Control Systems in critical environments.

If you enjoy solving problems, working with advanced systems, and supporting projects from start to finish, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Help start up, test, and troubleshoot control systems.

• Work with PLCs, SCADA, Modbus gateways, and power monitoring equipment.

• Configure communication devices and help resolve connection issues.

• Perform point-to-point checks and functional startup scripts.

• Review vendor manuals, electrical sketches, and data sheets.

• Assist with basic electrical and mechanical calculations.

• Travel to customer sites as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience with EPMS, BMS, industrial instrumentation, SCADA, or related systems.

• High school diploma with significant experience, or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience.

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Comfortable working in customer environments and supporting startup work.

Nice to Have

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Allen Bradley PLC

• Ignition

• Niagara

• Distech

• Siemens Desigo

• Wonderware

• Modscan

• Instrumentation calibrators or simulators

Certifications

• CCST

• Security+
