Supply Chain Manager (Defense Programs)
Location: Dallas, TX (Up to 20% travel)

Join a leading advanced manufacturing organization supporting defense and energetics programs worldwide. This role is responsible for managing supplier performance across complex programs, ensuring success across cost, schedule, technical, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier subcontracts from award through closeout

• Track supplier performance within Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

• Drive delivery of technical data and milestone achievement

• Lead supplier reviews, risk mitigation, and performance improvement

• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, program management, and contracts teams

• Support proposals, budgeting, and program execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field

• 5+ years of supply chain/procurement experience

• 3+ years supporting defense programs

• Experience with ERP systems and subcontract management

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Preferred

• FAR/DFAR knowledge

• Negotiation experience (pricing, terms & conditions)

• Manufacturing or engineering program support

• ISO 9001 familiarity
