Restaurant Service Technician

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Restaurant Service Technician to help relieve some of the workload from our existing service technician. This position offers a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to grow into field service responsibilities over time.

Position Overview

• Maintenance work
• Warranty repairs
• In-shop equipment service

As responsibilities grow, the role may expand into field service calls throughout the service territory.

Schedule & Compensation

• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and warranty repairs on restaurant equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Complete repairs efficiently and professionally
• Assist with preparing equipment for service calls
• Maintain organized and safe work practices
• Support the existing technician as service demands increase

Ideal Candidate

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience working with restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment is a plus
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to grow into field service responsibilities
