The Role
We’re seeking a technical, consultative Architectural Sales Engineer to drive specification sales and manage projects from design through award.
This is not transactional sales —you’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to get our systems specified as Basis of Design and guide projects through long sales cycles.
What You’ll Do
Drive product specifications with architects & landscape architects
Review drawings, perform take-offs , and develop custom system solutions
Provide technical expertise on structural attachment, wind loads, and performance
Manage projects through design → bid → award (12–24 month cycles)
Build relationships across architects, GCs, and subcontractors
Track pipeline and opportunities in CRM (NetSuite)
What You Bring
5+ years in architectural/construction product sales
Experience winning spec-driven projects
Strong ability to read architectural & structural drawings
Knowledge of building codes, load-bearing systems, or structural products
Tools: Bluebeam, CRM (Salesforce/NetSuite); 3D modeling a plus
Bonus: LEED, CSI (CDT), AIA presentations, PMP

This role is ideal for mechanically skilled professionals who enjoy hands-on evaluation work, light travel, and working with modern reporting tools. You’ll join a growing assessment team, conducting detailed inspections and summarizing system conditions for a variety of sites across the U.S.
What You’ll Do:
Perform facility mechanical assessments focused on HVAC and plumbing systems
Use tablet-based software to record findings, transfer data, and generate reports
Collaborate with builders and team leads to develop executive summaries (up to two paragraphs)
Conduct on-site assessments approximately once every 3 weeks (typically Monday–Friday)
Interface with facility staff, including security escorts, to complete site evaluations
Provide daily reports and billing summaries following each visit
Work remotely to finalize documentation and prepare for the next site
