Are you a hands-on electrical maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment? We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to help lead plant maintenance operations, support equipment reliability, and drive a strong culture of safety, training, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll work closely with plant leadership to oversee electrical and electronic maintenance activities, coordinate contractor support, and ensure plant systems, equipment, and facilities operate safely and efficiently. You’ll also play an important part in developing team capability, supporting preventive maintenance efforts, and helping maintain compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support salaried and hourly maintenance personnel across general maintenance, cold end mechanization, batch and furnace operations.
Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of plant systems, equipment, grounds, and facilities.
Support preventive maintenance programs and periodic inspections of plant assets.
Help ensure corrective actions are completed for equipment, systems, and facility issues.
Monitor the quality of work performed by electricians and electronic technicians.
Coordinate outside contractor work as directed.
Support training and development of maintenance personnel.
Reinforce safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards throughout the plant.
Contribute to apprenticeship and workforce development efforts as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Strong industrial maintenance background as an electrician or electronic technician.
Working knowledge of plant electrical systems, control systems, PLCs, AC motor drives, robotics, quality inspection systems, and hot end electronics.
Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience using maintenance management software, preferably SAP.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related training preferred.
Glass industry experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.

We are partnering with a confidential client on a large, complex industrial project in Boise, ID and are seeking a VDC Designer – BIM Coordinator to support on-site BIM coordination and model management. This is a contract role with an immediate need, including a placement on site by 5/18 if possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting construction projects through detailed 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination across multiple disciplines. This role works closely with construction management, field teams, and trade partners to help keep models accurate and aligned with project goals.
