About the Role
As a Construction Inspector – Fall Protection, you will:
Inspect fall protection equipment including harnesses, lanyards, SRLs, anchors, lifelines, guardrail, and related systems.
Perform inspections in accordance with OSHA, ANSI Z359, and manufacturer requirements.
Document inspection results, tag equipment, and maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
Identify damaged, non-compliant, or expired equipment and recommend corrective actions.
Communicate findings clearly to clients, supervisors, and safety teams.
Assist with installation verification and load testing of anchorage systems.
Stay current on fall protection standards, regulations, and best practices.
Support safety audits, training, and jobsite evaluations as needed.
Provide on-site support to field staff for installation projects as required.

Looking for a hands-on Lead Robotic Welder to help take our welding operations to the next level. This is a key shop-floor role for someone who enjoys running robotic welding cells, improving processes, and mentoring welders in a high-mix, shop manufacturing environment.
Position Overview
The Lead Robotic Welder will set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment , while also providing day-to-day leadership for welders and helpers in the department. You’ll work directly with production, quality, and maintenance to ensure parts meet customer requirements safely, on time, and with consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate robotic welding cells for short-run and repeat production jobs.
Create, adjust, and optimize robot programs and weld parameters to achieve proper penetration, bead appearance, and fit-up.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders to determine weld locations, sequence, and fixtures.
Assist with fixture design and changeovers , ensuring minimal downtime between jobs.
Perform first-article inspections and work with quality to ensure welds meet dimensional and visual standards.
Train and mentor robotic welding operators and manual welders on safe operation, basic programming, and best practices.
Monitor daily production in the welding area and help prioritize jobs to meet schedule and due dates.
Perform basic preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on robots, weld power sources, and related equipment.
Recommend and help implement process improvements to reduce rework, scrap, and cycle times.
Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials and fixtures as needed.
Comfortable working around welding fumes, sparks, noise, and moving equipment (with proper PPE).
Ability to work occasional overtime based on production needs.

Design HVAC systems for commercial buildings in collaboration with architects and clients.
Develop and review designs for hydronic systems, including chilled water, hot water, and steam.
Incorporate building automation systems into designs.
