Compensation and Benefits
Base Hourly Range: $27.00 – $45.00 per hour
What You Will Do
Install, start up, troubleshoot, and service automated packaging equipment at customer sites
Assist and train customer personnel on machine operation, setup, and performance
Support final machine checkout prior to shipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, HMI, and robotic system issues
Work with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs, including program navigation and basic edits
Support equipment involving case packers, shrink wrappers, and robotic systems
Communicate field updates and machine changes to engineering and service teams
Represent the company professionally while working directly with customers
What We Are Looking For
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with automated machinery, packaging equipment, industrial equipment, or manufacturing systems
Ability to work online with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs
PLC and HMI troubleshooting or editing experience
Fanuc robot experience or certification strongly preferred
2–4 years of field service, maintenance, automation, or related technical experience preferred
Professional communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We’re seeking a technical, consultative Architectural Sales Engineer to drive specification sales and manage projects from design through award.
This is not transactional sales —you’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to get our systems specified as Basis of Design and guide projects through long sales cycles.

Drive product specifications with architects & landscape architects
Review drawings, perform take-offs , and develop custom system solutions
