Position Title: Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Lead
Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to take a leadership role in managing electrical project activities for industrial process environments. Participate in the preparation of cost estimates, engineering proposals, and change order requests.
Provide input and updates to project schedules and progress reports.
Serve as a technical liaison between clients, vendors, and other engineering disciplines.
Attend and document meetings with stakeholders; prepare and distribute meeting summaries.
Perform field verification and as-built data collection , including power source identification.
Provide construction support and field oversight as needed during installation phases.
Ensure all work aligns with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant standards.
Qualifications
Required:
BSEE with a minimum of 10 years of design experience in industrial or process-related facilities.
Ability to interpret P&IDs and integrate them into electrical design documentation.
Practical experience with hazardous area installations and associated protection methods.
Familiarity with instrumentation , control systems , and industrial electrical equipment .
Proven background in field data collection and site verification work.
Strong command of NEC requirements and general industry codes.
Preferred:
Active or eligible Professional Engineer (P.E.) License .
