Industrial Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 20–24 hours per week. This position is ideal for a maintenance professional who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and helping maintain a safe and efficient operation.

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting the overall reliability of production equipment and facility systems. The successful candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance concerns.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and facility maintenance projects.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with production equipment, motors, conveyors, pumps, or similar industrial systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
