Customer Service Representative – Pharmacy Benefits

We’re seeking a reliable and people-focused Customer Service Representative to support members with pharmacy benefit questions and concerns. In this role, you’ll assist customers via phone, email, and chat while helping resolve issues clearly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, stays composed in a fast-paced call center environment, and takes pride in providing solutions that make a real difference. Prior customer service experience is required, and experience in a medical office or insurance-related setting is strongly preferred.
