Industrial Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
• Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-controlled equipment
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors preferred
• Ability to read schematics and use common maintenance tools
• Willingness to work overtime or rotating shifts as needed
