Regional Sales Manager – North America (Industrial Radio Remote Controls)

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a hunter with a deep technical pedigree. You should be the person competitors are worried about losing.

The Ideal Profile:

  • Industry Veteran: You likely come directly from the radio remote control space. You understand RF applications and how to solve complex control problems for OEMs and end-users.
  • The "Wins" List: You have a proven track record of sales success. We want to hear about your customer lists, major project wins, and the measurable growth you’ve driven in previous roles.
  • Adjacent Expertise: If not from the RRC world, you have deep roots in mobile hydraulic systems (valves, pumps, motors) or come from a technical/engineering background within a major OEM that utilizes RRC-style technology.
  • Relationship Driven: You have a "Rolodex" of meaningful contacts in the mobile hydraulics and industrial machinery sectors.
  • Tech Savvy: You are highly organized and comfortable utilizing cloud-based CRM tools (like Pipedrive) to manage a complex sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Execute a strategic plan to aggressively grow market share across North America.
  • Customer Advocacy: Deliver a premium, personalized experience to high-value accounts, ensuring our client is the first choice for every new project.
  • Strategic Pricing: Work closely with leadership to leverage our new cost-effective innovation and localized production to outmaneuver competitors.
  • Technical Consultation: Act as the subject matter expert on RRC and hydraulic integration for our client's diverse customer base.
