Job Title: Commercial Business Development Representative
Location: Upstate South Carolina (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson & surrounding counties)
Job Type: Full-Time | Salary + Commission

Overview:
Join a growing security company as a Commercial Business Development Representative and help expand our commercial client base. This role focuses on selling advanced security and fire solutions to businesses, delivering excellent customer service, and driving new revenue.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and generate new commercial business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, security assessments, and presentations
  • Design and propose security, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage sales pipeline, proposals, and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 2+ years working with security systems (fire alarm, intrusion, access control, CCTV)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your territory
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to explain solutions clearly
