We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations for a variety of commercial interior projects, including offices, gas stations, and offices work. The ideal candidate has a background in commercial and base building projects, and a track record of delivering high-quality work safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for multiple interior and base building construction projects.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and owners.

• Plan work, set milestones, and drive the schedule to achieve project goals and deadlines.

• Track project progress and implement measures for safe and successful completion of work.

• Lead on-site teams, supervise staff and subcontractors, and provide clear construction feedback.

• Maintain high standards of safety, health, and quality on every project.

• Manage manpower, equipment, and materials, and help resolve issues to positive outcomes.

• Support a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and strong trade partner relationships.
