Interior Designer Opportunity
Established General Contractor – Wilmington, NC Headquarters, US Nationwide Projects

Our client specializes in design for Federal, commercial, multi-family, hospitality, and ICT projects. They value excellence, integrity, work/life balance, family, fun, competitive salaries, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design guest rooms, common spaces, and outdoor gathering areas.

• Produce AutoCAD floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, and related drawings.

• Create 3D renderings/virtual tours using Revit, Enscape, etc., and SPEXX production spec sheets.

• Research FF&E vendors, prepare digital presentations, design binders, and pricing data.

• Maintain design library, project files, and department organization; support clerical tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape (3D tours), Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong design, graphic, presentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Collaborative, adaptable, professional demeanor; able to prioritize, delegate, and work independently/team.

• Willing to travel up to 25%; professional appearance for client interactions.
