Location: Toano, VA
Rotating Shifts: Week 1 (7am–3pm) Week 2 (3pm–11pm) Week 3 (11pm–7am)

We’re seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to work with a strong team in a facility where your expertise will be valued and rewarded.

What You'll Do:

• Perform mechanical and/or electrical maintenance on industrial machinery

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime

• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections

• Work in a hot, physically demanding environment

• Support production operations by ensuring equipment reliability

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Journeyman license (Mechanical or Electrical) strongly preferred

• Must pass a mechanical/electrical assessment test if not journeyman certified

• Comfortable working in a high-speed, hot environment
