Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support talent acquisition efforts within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. This contract role will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while supporting hiring managers and HR partners in meeting workforce needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a regulated, deadline-driven setting and demonstrates strong communication and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and efficient calendar management.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.

  • Assist in drafting and refining job descriptions aligned with business needs and pharmaceutical industry requirements.

  • Post job openings across various recruitment platforms and monitor applicant flow.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and ensuring a professional, positive experience.

  • Partner with HR and hiring teams to understand staffing needs, timelines, and recruitment strategies.

  • Prepare and distribute recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress, time-to-fill, and overall effectiveness.

  • Support compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred).

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
