Seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) to lead our Harrisonburg office. This is a unique leadership opportunity with a clear path to transition into a full Office Manager role after mentoring alongside our current leader. You’ll oversee a 15-person team and play a key role in shaping the future of our local market and company-wide strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a 15-person office, including civil site engineering, in-house land surveying, and administrative staff

• Oversee land development projects from proposal through final deliverables

• Drive client development, proposals, contracts, and ongoing client relationships

• Manage office financial performance, budgets, and operations

• Serve on the company’s Operations Management Team and contribute to strategic leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)

• Strong background in civil site design and land development

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Experience with client development, proposals, and project financial oversight

• Strong communication and business acumen
