Job Title: Construction Inspector (Registered Roofing Observer - RRO)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Construction Inspector with specialized roofing experience to support ongoing building projects. The ideal candidate must hold a Registered Roofing Observer (RRO) certification and have hands-on experience inspecting roofing systems or construction projects with significant roofing components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-time, on-site construction inspection services.

• Participate in roofing constructability reviews during the design phase.

• Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

• Ensure contractor compliance with project requirements and quality standards.

• Provide expert-level problem-solving and reporting throughout the construction process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Roofing Observer (RRO) – REQUIRED

• Specialized in roofing inspections on similar projects.

• Full understanding of construction contract documents.

• Strong communication, documentation, and field coordination skills.

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs infrequently and work in varied physical conditions.

• Visual acuity for reading plans, specs, and digital displays.

Work Environment:

• On-site presence required throughout construction.

• Involves standing, walking, and occasional climbing or crouching.

• Frequent verbal and written communication.
