A leading manufacturer of communication and safety technology is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our growing operations in Roanoke, Virginia. This is a full-time, permanent position in an industrial manufacturing environment — no contract work, no travel, just a stable role with real growth potential.

Our facility is over 120,000 square feet, where nearly all our products are designed, built, and supported in-house. What You’ll Do:

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues

• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

• Work with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively

• Recommend and implement equipment upgrades and reliability improvements

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• Hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role

• Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems

• Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Onsite position based in Roanoke, VA

• Regular hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to meet production needs

• Work within a modern, industrial manufacturing facility
