Project Leader – Industrial Electrical Construction
Location: Manassas, VA

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to provide onsite leadership for a team of 3–4 Industrial Electricians. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in industrial and electrical work, proven ability to read blueprints, and the leadership skills to prioritize tasks and guide a team effectively.

As a Project Leader, you will oversee the administration, organization, and implementation of small electrical construction projects or specific phases of larger efforts. You’ll manage project scope, resources, budgets, and schedules, ensuring that all work meets quality, safety, and performance standards. Collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams will be essential to ensure project success and compliance with all contract requirements.

Candidates should bring solid electrical construction experience, project management capability, and a track record of success in leading teams within fast-paced industrial environments.
