Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $41.50/hr + Double Overtime

Location: Toano, VA
Rotating Shifts: 1st (7am–3pm), 2nd (3pm–11pm), 3rd (11pm–7am)
Schedule: Rotating – 5 days on / 2 days off, then 5 days on / 1 day off

What You'll Do:

• Perform mechanical and/or electrical maintenance on industrial machinery

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime

• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections

• Work in a hot, physically demanding environment

• Support production operations by ensuring equipment reliability

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Journeyman license (Mechanical or Electrical) strongly preferred

• Must pass a mechanical/electrical assessment test if not journeyman certified

• Comfortable working in a high-speed, hot environment
