Project Engineer – Permanent, Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Engineer who is passionate about construction and eager to play a critical role in delivering major infrastructure projects, including bridges, dams, power facilities, and water treatment plants. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen with daily coordination, scheduling, and purchasing activities

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and identify/correct any site violations

  • Assist in project planning with an emphasis on efficiency and safety

  • Manage submittals, certifications, and procurement tracking

  • Help prepare billing, purchase orders, and material estimates

  • Maintain organized records, drawings, and project documentation

  • Assist with cost analysis, change orders, and subcontractor coordination

  • Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

  • Contribute to optimizing project cash flow and overall cost efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • A 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management OR a minimum of 5 years equivalent construction industry experience

  • Proficiency with key software including AutoCAD, Primavera Project Planner, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, COINS, and general Windows-based platforms

  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, estimating, and reading technical drawings

  • Experience preparing scopes of work, purchasing, and managing procurement processes
