What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair combustion equipment—boilers, burners, flames, gas systems, and ovens.

• Work with control panels and PLCs to ensure smooth operation.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and optimize combustion efficiency for peak performance and safety.

• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex system issues.

• Maintain detailed service records and documentation.

• Champion safety standards and either hold or obtain OSHA 10 certification.

Who You Are:

• You’ve got 3+ years of field experience with combustion equipment and boilers.

• You know your way around burners, gas systems, and flames, and you’re confident troubleshooting in the field.

• You’re comfortable with PLCs and control panels—or eager to sharpen your skills fast.

• You’re independent, reliable, and thrive in slightly tough, real-world conditions.

• You’ve worked in high-visibility, hands-on roles and want to grow into leadership.

• You communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and always put safety first.

• Prior experience in a lead role or working closely with company leadership.
