Who We’re Looking For:
Construction Superintendent

We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure the successful execution of this project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground-up construction, commercial or government construction projects, with a keen focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure all work progresses according to schedule, within budget, and meets project specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and laborers, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with all OSHA and VA facility regulations to create a secure work environment.
• Coordinate closely with project leadership, including the Senior Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Safety Manager, to maintain project momentum and resolve any challenges.
• Maintain detailed reports, schedules, and documentation to effectively track progress, identify potential delays, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Facilitate clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless workflow.
• Problem-solve in real-time, proactively addressing construction challenges to keep the project on track and within scope.
