Job Title: Quality Control Manager – Medical Facility Construction

Reports To: Project Director / Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee and implement the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program for a high-risk, ground-up construction of a medical facility. This position ensures compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The QC Manager will play a critical role in mitigating risks, ensuring patient safety standards, and maintaining construction excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction quality control, preferably in healthcare or high-risk construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of medical facility construction standards, infection control protocols, and life safety codes.

• Experience with ground-up construction, complex MEP systems, and critical infrastructure.

• Proficiency in QA/QC software, construction management tools, and documentation systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications such as CQCM (Certified Quality Control Manager), CHC (Certified Healthcare Constructor), or OSHA 30 are a plus.
