What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician you’ll be at the heart of keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our industrial and packaging machinery operates efficiently through preventative and predictive maintenance. Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and repair will help us maintain a safe, high-performing workplace.

Mechanical: Work with bearings, conveyors, sprockets, power transmissions, chains, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and rigging.
Electrical: Apply your understanding of Ohm’s law, motor connections, circuits, and transformers to maintain electrical components.
Welding & Cutting: Utilize proper techniques and equipment (stick/MIG welding, gas cutting, and grounding) to perform safe and effective repairs.
Lubrication: Ensure proper lubrication practices to keep machinery running efficiently, including oil sample collection and analysis.
Safety & Quality: Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a zero-defect, zero-waste environment while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR
• A completed two-year technical degree
