Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead all safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives at a manufacturing facility. This individual will partner closely with plant leadership to foster a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and drive continuous improvement across all EH&S programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety programs and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state environmental regulations, and applicable permits.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver employee safety training while promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Support Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management, and contractor safety programs.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership on capital projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor EH&S performance metrics and communicate results to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, environmental permitting, industrial safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
