Our client, a world leader in engineered fluid processing systems, respected for the quality of their services and the reliability of their products, is seeking a Document Coordinator to join their office in Richmond, Virginia. This individual will be joining a team to manage and organize records, complete vendor transmittal forms, handle large amounts of data in Excel and SAP, run reports, and perform additional administrative needs that may come up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a background in office administration and documentation to grow their knowledge and skills while working with a global leader, offering them the stability of a world-wide organization, opportunity for growth, and the ability to work on large, extensive projects under the guidance of a company with years of expertise.

An individual in this position will interact with the following tasks and responsibilities: 
-Document Control
-Data entry for time sheets
-Administrative office duties
-Productivity Reports -Vendor Transmittal Forms 

Key Qualifications: 
-Microsoft Excel savvy (will not have to create Pivot Tables in Excel but should be able to work within / understand Pivot Tables)
-Experience handling vendor transmittal forms
-Experience in data entry, office administration, document management (2+ years preferred)
-SAP experience/knowledge preferred
-SharePoint experience/knowledge preferred
